I.A.B. 30 BBQ is a competitive BBQ team in the Chandler/Gilbert
area. Head Cooks Tom and Paul share a passion for cooking
and their love of competition has found the perfect home in the world of
competitive BBQ. They started out as a couple of backyard, weekend,
cookers and entered their first competition in December of 2009. They
hit the ground running in 2010 and collected more than 28 top 10 calls.
They have continued to rise in 2011 with highlights including 2nd place finishes (RGC) at HavaBBQ, Rock Springs and advancement to the Sam’s Club Series Finals in Bentonville, AR in October and their first Grand Championship at the Plant City Pig Jam in Florida.
